• Spacious bedroom with air-conditioning, super king size bed and en-suite shower room. Large patio door onto the small inner garden.
• Spacious bedroom with air-conditioning, super king size bed and en-suite bathroom with free standing bath overlooking the front lawn, separate shower, and separate jack and jill W.C. Large patio door onto the small inner garden.

Outside

• Pretty front lawn Mediterranean garden with trees for shade.
• A very large sweeping lawn garden at the rear of the property with breathtaking views over open countryside and interspersed with olive trees and seating areas. A path with gentle steps leads down to the swimming pool area.
• Large swimming pool (25m x 8m) with stunning views, Roman steps, four waterfalls on one side and pomegranate trees on the other.
• Next to the swimming pool is a BBQ area with dining table and seating, a changing room with shower and a separate W.C.
• A path from the pool area leads through a pretty orchard of orange and lemon trees and brings you to the casita.

Important Notes

The price outside of July and August is based on up to 10 guests – Price on request for the additional casita. 

Villa entry time is 16:00.

A £5,000 security deposit and the owner requires an additional compliance agreement which will be supplied prior to booking.
