Early Bird Terms & Conditions 

Welcome Gift

• Size and contents of the gift will vary and will depend on destination.

• Valid bookings that meet our Early Bird offer criteria will receive 10% of the booking value in the form of Holiday Credit. This will be added to the booker's account automatically once the booking is confirmed. 
• Double Holiday Credit will be added to your account up to 14 days after your booking is confirmed.
• Holiday Credit is valid for 365 days from the date issued.
• Holiday Credit can only be redeemed against bookings when you have a minimum of £50 in your account.
• Holiday Credit can be used to redeem up to half the value of any holiday.
• Holiday Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers (except Early Bird 2025).
• Holiday Credit cannot be used on replacement bookings when transferring your original deposit to new dates.
• Holiday Credit will be deducted at the time of your balance payment on your next booking.
• Holiday Credit is not eligible for Agents or partners.

 Chance to Win a VIP Experience Package

• By booking a 2025 holiday during our Early Bird Offer, you will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one of ten VIP Experience Packages.
• The prize includes the following extras for your 2025 booking: A private chef dinner, champagne welcome on arrival, stocked fridge/welcome hamper, maid service, airport business lounge passes, airport transfers, VIP concierge service.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If any of the services are unavailable during the winner’s stay, we will supply the equivalent value in Holiday Credit to the lead booker’s account.
• The prizes is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners will be contacted within 28 days of the Early Bird end date.
• The VIP experiences will be booked by our concierge service.

• Offer applies to all bookings made between 16 December 2024 and 28th February 2025.
• Exclusive Early Access applies to all bookings made between 2nd December 2024 -16th December 2024. By invitation only.
• Offer applies to holidays departing between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025.
• Offer does not apply to wedding bookings.
• Offer does not apply to bookings made by agents or third-parties.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including AMEX cashback offer.
